The employees we efficient, informative and helpful from our first contact, through installation. We were impressed with both the quality of windows and the professionalism of the company. We would happily use this company again.

We hired them and they said we got the best guy they had to install our bathtub and surround walls, its the worst job I have ever seen, they could not cut a straight line so they used caulk to fill in mistakes so now they are trying to fix the mess and all they are doing is putting new surround on the walls over top the other. There prices are very high for what you get, I would not recommend them to anyone, we are very disappointed with the whole job and its not done yet. I am ashamed to show anyone what kind of job they did and what we had to pay.

We had a wonderful experience with the whole team of folks from MadCity windows--beginning with the guy we met at the NARI expo, to the guy who came to estimate and give the sales pitch customized to what we wanted, to the guy who came to make exact window measurements, to the team who did the installation (the one called granddad came with 40 years experience). Love the comfort and quiet and look of the new windows.

i had new windows a few months ago and at the time the windows had 1/2 screens, today 3-8-17 , a man came and installed the full screens. very pleasant very good and assured us that if we have anything else that needs attention to give them a call.
