Good Product & Installation, Misleading Sales
This was Shower #2 in 2 days. Dan did a great installation on both showers. I have given 5 stars because he deserves it and will not get his bonus otherwise, However as far as Sales & Customer Service, Mad City has alot to learn. Our salesman William sold us a product, showed us pictures (I have screen shots) of what we would get. Sadly slide bars are in the picture but not in our showers because William did not tell us there was an extra charge for that and would we want to include them. He just led us to believe they were included. We asked Dan to contact the company. Jacob came out, looked at the pictures, and said yes we have alot of problems with sales doing this but you signed the contract so now it will be an extra $450. We had already paid $27,500. Being in our 70's, we want others to avoid being taken advantage of.
New Window
Brad and his crew did an excellent job as we just had a "picture window" replaced. Very knowledgeable in removal of old window and installing new window. Very courteous. Cleaned up after they were done and cleaned the new window! 5-star!

Beautiful kitchen remodel
It was so great having Mad City handle my remodel, Doc Simons made sure that what I discussed with my salesman was properly installed in my kitchen and it looks stunning. If you're in the Rochester area, highly recommend using them (and requesting Doc). Thanks again!

What a joke!
Horrible, is about all I can say other than, if you want to buy windows for your home? Search elsewhere. MadCity claims to be the best but sadly they are far from it. We both 5 windows from MadCity, they were installed on April 12, 2023. The installers came late and after removing the old windows, preparing for the new ones to be installed, taking numerous breaks? They wanted to leave in the early evening with the windows only half done. The agreement was set up as a one day installment. Unfortunately, the installers did a horrific job both on the inside windows, the frames around the windows and the frames on the outside. They couldn't even put my shutters back up correctly! I had to have a field manager come out and look over the job done which he was both embarrassed by and quite upset over. He then set up a time for another 2 installers to come and redo the original job. Thankfully, Eli and Slavo did a really good job. Unfortunately, the dining room window once again would not stay open because the clip that holds the window? Doesnt want to stay clipped into the slot where it belongs! Yet, another visit from a field manager. As for making payments? Well, I received a voicemail from MadCity finance dept to give them a call back which I did only there was no answer. I tried again, got a person who transferred me to the service dept but no one picked up the phone. Left s message but no return call....phone tag is not my thing! Received paperwork from the finance co. stating my 1st payment would be due, in about 7 days! But, I had yet to receive the payment booklet, the amount that is due, the address to send the payment to or even the total cost of the windows!!! This company knows one thing well...how to talk a good game but drop the ball badly. I do not not ever will recommend MadCity to either family or friends!
