Mad City installed a new walk in shower for us, very pleased with the results. Great installers who cleaned up everything and did a fantastic job! We then had Mad City install a new roof for us. The work was great and a great team of installers, my only concern was the salesman made it seem as if our roof was ready to cave in, told us that we needed more work that was actually necessary. Mad City did take some money off the final price, which was appreciated, but felt as if we did pay more than originally thought. But I will say the roof looks great!

Mad City Windows did an excellent job from start to finish. The salesmen was very knowledgeable and informative. Not pushy at all. The installation crew was a local crew, which was great. They were awesome! Very respectful and helpful. After the installation, I received two calls from managers to see if we were happy with the windows. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Quality windows with a life time guarantee. And we can pass the guarantee to the next owners.

We hired them and they said we got the best guy they had to install our bathtub and surround walls, its the worst job I have ever seen, they could not cut a straight line so they used caulk to fill in mistakes so now they are trying to fix the mess and all they are doing is putting new surround on the walls over top the other. There prices are very high for what you get, I would not recommend them to anyone, we are very disappointed with the whole job and its not done yet. I am ashamed to show anyone what kind of job they did and what we had to pay.
