EXCELLENT. From salesman to quality assurance and everything in between, Mad City Windows was great. They weren't pushy in selling and presented options for lowering their price, as well as great financing options. Every person we came into contact with was professional, and made me and my wife feel like they truly cared about giving us the best experience possible. They were able to schedule us in a timely manner and were very easy to get in contact with in person, by phone, and by email. The instal crew was amazing; they were punctual, courteous, hard-working, and FAST! They cleaned up both inside the house and outside. The windows themselves are great quality, look fantastic, are easy to operate, and very efficient. We also received extra perks that we're truly unexpected and show again how much this company cares about keeping the customer happy. We will recommend this company to anyone seeking services they offer, and will certainly use them for ourselves in the future.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The couple times I dealt with customer support, they were very helpful. The window install team was fast and they look very nice complete. Only complaints for the whole process were the cleanup and the price. Install team asked if cleanup was to my liking. At a quick glance, it looked good. Going back later there was lots of little parts on the ground. I can't really blame them because I agreed it was good and after a 14 hour day between driving and installing the windows, I would want to leave as soon as possible too. As for the price, Mad City was the only place I got a quote from. I'm hoping it is a strong case of you get what you pay for because they were far from cheap. Overall I am happy with the entire process of purchasing my new windows. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and nice. The windows look good and seem to be of high quality.

We wanted to get our shower stall replaced. We met with the Mad City representative and he went through all of the options and provided us the costs. Then, another person came out to do the measurements and take pictures. They scheduled the install date around 5 to 6 weeks after our initial meeting. Everyone was very professional and they kept us informed and up to date. The install crew was very punctual and professional. They explained the work they were doing and asked us questions to make sure we got the look we wanted. They also sent out a quality control person to check on how our job was going.
