We wanted to get our shower stall replaced. We met with the Mad City representative and he went through all of the options and provided us the costs. Then, another person came out to do the measurements and take pictures. They scheduled the install date around 5 to 6 weeks after our initial meeting. Everyone was very professional and they kept us informed and up to date. The install crew was very punctual and professional. They explained the work they were doing and asked us questions to make sure we got the look we wanted. They also sent out a quality control person to check on how our job was going.
