We had our whole house of windows done. They arrived on time and completed the job in the designated timeline. They inadvertently knocked down a retaining wall that they did not repair and they could do a better job cleaning of the factory windows debris, but the windows seem to be well made and improved the appeal of the home.

Got stopped at walmart where mad city was promoting their product. The windows sold themselves. Corey bledsoe was amazing making sure they were installed in one day and following up with us afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. Crew was amazing. We are extremely happy

We needed to replace a patio door in our family room. This was not an easy task, since all of our doors are custom and not of standard size. From the initial meeting, to measurements, ordering and installation, Mad City made it a breeze. We have more windows to replace and will definitely be contacting Mad City again!

The entire process from the estimate to the final installation went well. The Mad City personnel called prior to their arrival and were all on time. The installation work was all completed within about 6 hours. During removal and installation all of the interior floors were covered. All debris and construction waste was totally removed and the work areas were vacuumed upon completion of the project. All Mad City employees were very courteous. About a week after installation, a minor leak was detected. Mad City responded the same day they were notified and immediately corrected the problem. Description of work: The replacement of a bath tub and surrounding wall. The existing cast iron tub and ceramic tile surround was removed. The surrounding walls were stripped to the studs and then lined with a solid backing. The plumbing was upgraded and replaced as needed. A new custom made deep soaker tub was installed. Surround walls were installed with grab bars, shelf unit, and shower rod.

Great job and clean and fast..nice guys. We had our bathroom done and our windows and they all did a great job they even let my three-year-old help by holding pieces of parts and give it to them.

We contacted Mad City Windows & Siding after trying a few other contractors to replace our tub with a walk-in shower. Trevor was at our home within two days and gave us a presentation on their showers. Once we decided what we wanted things moved fast. Kevin was at our place in another two day, inspected, measured, and finished his site inspection in short order. Josh and crew removed the old cast iron tub, walls, and floor, replaced the drain, floor, and walls, installed the new large shower in less than a day. We were impressed with Mad Cities professionalism and competence. Best of all however - is the shower; easy to care for, roomy, gorgeous, and convenient for both of us. Next time we need work done...Mad City Windows will be our only call!

we had 9 windows replaced on our main floor of our home. Installers were very friendly and efficient at what they do. They showed up promptly at our house at 8am, had them all completed by 4:30pm same day. Windows are of great quality and made a huge difference in the 107 year old windows that were in our home. Definitely will return when we are ready to replace the upper windows.

Very professional & friendly workers all around from the sales ppl to the installers. Kept everything very clean with no worries of having to do a clean up after them. Could ask the installers questions & they were able to keep at a good working pace which seems rare these days.
