They were fantastic! Very helpful over the phone with any questions. All the people that came to take measurements and give estimates were very kind and professional, not pushy. The guys that installed the windows were courteous and did an excellent job. Everyone made sure everything was explained well and that we were satisfied. I was very impressed with the professionalism everyone we worked with had. Definitely would work with Mad City Windows again!

From the start mad city was great to work with. Our sales man went completely beyond his job. Every question that we had he was able to answer. He even bought pizza for us when we were done. The installation team was very friendly and did an awesome job at cleaning up. We didn't have to pick up even a nail.

I picked up infomatin at a Wal Mart. Met with a salesman and decided these were the windows for me. The installers were on time and did a great job and cleaned the area up afterwards. Had five windows installed and so glad I did it. The window are double hung and I'm happy. Thanks, Lorie

Mad City replaced a picture window. The window was replaced with no residuals. Besides the new window, there was no evidence that they were even in or around our house. They did a wonderful job cleaning up any mess they may have made.
