We have been very happy with our new windows. They were installed in one day and the installers were very professional and neat, they cleaned up everything and washed the window. One of the locks on a window was bent and the installer pointed it out and noted it. Mad city called us to set up a time to replace it. With a lifetime guarantee even on the screens we are very satisfied!

Overall, great service. Product is pricey but high quality. Technicians are cleanly and professional. They were able to replicate custom made 90 year old windows- hard to tell it was even replaced. We are extremely grateful for that!

Mad City installed three windows and one siding double glass door on my house. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them for your home needs! They certainly care about what the customer wants and accommodated my requests throughout the project and especially on installation day. I had flowers and ornamental bushes by the windows which are perfect after the install. The windows work great and are just what I expected. So nice to have maintenance free now and low-E energy protection with my early 90’s home. Back then they didn’t use the gas in the windows.

I have a 28 year old house that needed new windows because the old ones leaked and were very hard to open. The salesman was very open and honest about the product he was showing. You noticed I said showing and not selling. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell me. We talked about the different types of windows that would work for me and I thought at the right price. I had 10 double hung windows to remove and install and the crew had it completed in less than a day. I was shocked on how quickly they were able to get the old window out and the new windows in. They sealed everything up properly and re-wrap all the trim in aluminum that looked better than before. The crew also made sure that the outside of the house was picked up like they had never been there. Very impressive! Also, I had purchased a patio door from them 5 years ago and I had noticed a moister problem. The crew called it in to report the issue and within minutes they were working on the correcting problem at no extra charge because of their fine warranty. That was a nice not having to worry about explain anything they just fixed it without hesitation.
