Beautiful Job
I had a bathtub removed and walk in shower installed. My service tech was Adam K. He was wonderful. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was just a joy to have in my home. Made me feel comfortable. He was very meticulous and his work was excellent and just plain beautiful. Thanks Adam, you are great. I am so happy with my walk in!
tub to shower conversion
replaced bathtub with a shower. Sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The installers arrived when expected and were friendly and courteous. Walk-in shower
I would like to give a big shout out to Mad City sales rep Andrew, and to their installers Chris and Tommy. They all made this whole process easy. Andrew walked me through the whole process and was very informative. Chris and Tommy did an outstanding job tearing out my old tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. My project took 2 days because I had some extra tear out to be done. They kept me informed on their progress, cleaned up after each day and left me with a beautiful shower. The only thing now is, I have to wait to use it while caulking and glues set. Lol. I would highly recommend Mad City to anyone. And if you get installers Chris and Tommy, count yourself lucky! Thank you.
New windows
I was really pleased with the whole experience. The crew really knew their job. Things went well removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They kind of had a rhythm of their own when it came to doing the job. As far as clean up, they went over and above. O would definitely recommend Mad City to anyone wanting new windows. From the salesman, the fellow doing measurements to the installation crew, it was a real knowledgeable group. Great job....thanks

Mad City was great to work with start to finish. The sales person was professional and thorough with the quote. The installers were prompt, professional, explained the job, and did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. We had the bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower in one day. We would recommend Mad City for a bathtub and surround replacement. Highly recommended.

Walk-in shower installation
We had a great experience from beginning to end. Joe, our Design Consultant, was very informative and worked with us to get what we wanted within our budget. Joseph and Cody did a wonderful job removing our tub/shower and installing our walk-in shower. They were very professional and courteous. Our shower looks like something in a luxury hotel! We love it!
