Mad City Windows Review

From the moment we met with our sales person to the moment the workers left our house the experience was an A+. When we met with Joe Jacobson and he took the time to walk thru our house and look at the windows and then show us what would work best for us- we knew we had called the right place. Joe told us all about the company and gave us all the details about the work being done. Joe promised we would have quality workers at our house and he was right. Jesse and his crew showed up right on time to get started. Jesse introduced himself and we walked thru the house and he re-measured everything, just to double check and I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. His crew was very polite and worked hard. They never left a mess and vacuumed up the dust as they did each window. They did not leave one bit of debris, they took the old windows and screens with them, it was really great. When they were all finished- they did all my windows in 4 hours- Jesse showed me all the new windows. He explained their features and and when he saw a smudge on a window he asked one of the guys to re-clean it. That is attention to detail! I just can't say enough great things about Mad City Windows. I even made Jesse and his crew some homemade chocolate chip cookies to say thanks!
