The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and respectful. Although a bit pricey, the windows are amazing compared to the old single pane windows I had replaced. They open so easily and I love having fitting screens. I am actually excited for winter because I want to see if the cold draft disappears, which is the reason I replaced the windows. Overall a very good experience.
