We were told it would take 6-8 weeks before install, but our project was scheduled and completed within 4 weeks. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. We had Mad City take out our bath/shower and install a stand up shower. Three young men showed up at 8:30am and was finished by 1:30pm. They did an amazing job and they were very professional and polite. Everything was cleaned and approved by me before they left. We had to wait 24 hours to use it to let the caulking set up. When I showered, there was not very much hot water (I like it very hot) so I called them and they had someone come adjust it the very next day. I would definitely recommend them and I thank them for doing such a great job.
