Good experience,good people

Jason Huff was my installer, he was quick and efficient. He did a wonderful job with the walk in shower combo I got. The wife and I love the new shower!

Excellent work! Rafael and David were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They answered all of my questions completely and took the time to complete details with care. Thank you so can l much!

David did an excellent job on my windows! He was quick, precise, & very easy to take to! He even cleaned up when he was finished! I would recommend him! Thank you David, for making my home look pretty!

We had a great experience with Mad City during our window consultation. Mr. Walker came out to our home and was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, and honestly talked to us more like a friend than someone just trying to make a sale. He took his time explaining everything in detail, demonstrated how the different windows worked, and showed us their newer window and all of the improvements that make it stand out. He made everything easy to understand and answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how patient and understanding he was. My wife watches kids, and they were having a rough day and needed her attention several times during the consultation. Mr. Walker never seemed bothered or impatient at all. He just rolled with it and gave us the time we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and knows the products extremely well. If you get the chance to work with Mr. Walker, you’re in great hands. Definitely a great representative for Mad City!

Rafael and David did a great job.

Octavio was so nice and professional! He did amazing work, was organized, and clean!

I did not get Any work done by these folks, but a testament to their character. My mother-in-law lives in Cherokee condos and her neighbor was getting a remodel and yesterday my mother-in-law went grocery shopping and got a whole cart full of groceries and the wife and I are gone in Nashville and she got a Uber home and there was bags and bags of groceries and she’s elderly and lives on the second floor and she said the guys from Madison window and bath asked her if she needed a hand bringing in her groceries and helped her, big shout out to that crew that’s a good company to me, you have my business with any future remodeling ❤️

Rafael and David did the greatest job I could have ever expected.

Absolutely zero complaints from sales to completion!

Experience was good all the way through. John walked us through the entire process of replacing our old shower stall to what the new install would look like. The price was reasonable. The demo and install of the new shower was great. Daniel showed up when scheduled and definitely was knowledgeable and very professional. We could not have had a better experience. We would definitely recommend the to anyone!!

Mark did an awesome job completing our refacing on our kitchen cabinets. He was thorough at making sure job was cleaned up, very hard worker and excellent people skills.

Rafael and David were awesome and the shower looks wonderful

Octavia We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of Octavia. He was professional polite friendly and very good at his job. 5 stars for sure. He deserves a steak dinner. Thank you

Good guy and good work Jason Huff

I am very happy with the bathroom remodel giving us a low entry shower with a handheld shower head. I was also impressed with how well the install team cleaned up after they were done. Thanks to Dave O for his work on this project.

Michael quinones was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you can't wait for my shower to get installed?

Nick did such a fantastic job removing our bathroom and placing the one! He completed the work entirely by himself. Also was at our house from 8am until past 6pm ensuring the work was completed so he did not have to return another day and disrupt our made plans. He was super kind and respectful. He took the time to clean up after and explained the after care process. Overall great experience.

It's nice, but very expensive even with various discounts which, we should have received a larger discount for a Navy Veteran. Jason Huff was outstanding installation, progress report, and clean up of the job. A true professional!!!

Rafael and David did a great job on the install and left everything spotless.

I want to say that I have been very pleased with Mad City and their bathtub to walk- in shower conversion. Darren worked in my home for 2 days and was very considerate to my input on this project. I have referred two friends to them. Thank you!

Everything went great! Install was fast and everything was cleaned up when finished. Love my new windows!

Octavio He did excellent work. He is the Cat Master!

Rafael, and David did a nice job for us!!!

Great communication, The install was fast and looked great when he was finished. I think he left the bathroom cleaner than when he came. The tub and shower surround what exactly what I had in mind.
