I couldn’t be happier with my new windows from Mad City. I had three picture windows and seven standard size windows replaced in my ranch home in Greenfield. Jesse and his crew showed up promptly at the scheduled 8 am start time and had the job completely done in less than 6 hours! The windows look great. Any and all concerns I had were taken care of immediately. The installers were obviously professionals they all moved seamlessly around the house like a well oiled machine. When they were done you wouldn’t know anyone was there at all, every piece of trim and nails was gone, the only change was 10 new beautifully installed windows. While researching companies for the window job I read many negative online reviews about Mad City but I noticed that no one who reviewed negatively actually got the windows! Yes I am sure that Mad City is not the cheapest avenue for windows but between the quality of the product, the professionalism of the sales, support and installation staff, the value I received is worth the price.

We love our new shower from Mad City. Andrew designed the shower exactly as we wanted it. The two installers, Scott and Jason, always calling us sir or madam. Work was completed in one day. When the job was finished they cleaned everything up. Nate made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Mad City did a superb job for us.

I highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking for a fantastic quality company with a great product. My new shower is beautiful and adds value to my home, which is of the highest upgrade too. All personnel, from quote person to installers, were the most courteous. They treated my home, like they themselves owned it...careful and exceptionally clean! I am so very happy, word of mouth guided me to Mad City Bath. I previously had a large Green Bay (big tv/paper advertising) company in my home on a Saturday to quote. Unfortunately, the quote was never given to me that day and/or the following Monday, as he promised (small tub area, which needed to be ordered). I then called Mad City, who came promptly AND gave me my quote, while here. Obviously, with Mad City's promptness/attention to all details, I contracted them that same day. I then called the competitor to let the female, who answered the phone, know they just lost a sale. The vague answer was "oh, that was xxx...I will let his supervisor know" (she knew from my phone number on the screen, so knew who my salesman was)!! The lack of accountability and/or apology, leaves a great distaste for this large Green Bay company every time I see them advertise. Spend your $$$, with Mad City and spread the word...you will not be disappointed!! I loved their integrity and workmanship!

We just had 5 windows replaced. They are beautiful. Both the outside and inside looks wonderful. We already feel the difference from the cold. We use to block off the upstairs because the cold air came down the stairs. Not any more! Thank you Mad City.

Great people to work with. Sales rep arrived on schedule, along with the workers arrival on time. Work was completed in one day, from start to finish. The workers cleaned up 99% when done. Now bad language, and I love the new shower. Thanks guys

We had 10 windows and siding put on our house. Windows were all installed in about 4 hours. Siding was done in 4 days. (One day they started and stopped because of a snow storm.) All workers were polite and professional. Cleaned up very well. Had a problem with one window being too tight to pop out and they came back and fixed it. Love these windows.
