Mad City Windows did a great job. The salesman was really good and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was a little "high pressure" wanting to get the sale done that night, but did explain that I could cancel within 3 days if I so chose to do so. It was after 3 days and after thinking more about it I decided to wait on some of the windows and it was no problem. They sent another rep out with the guy who does the measuring to be sure I was getting what I wanted and they gave me a great price. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. They weren't able to finish the job on the first day because they hadn't brought a long enough ladder, but did show up a few days later and finished the job. The installer even helped me patch some holes in my stucko siding free of charge. I had asked him how to do it and he said once he had a long enough ladder he would patch it and it looks great. The guys showed up on time and right from the start were great. They introduced themselves to me and right away got to work replacing our two windows and patio door. I was able to stay upstairs with my dogs the whole time while they did the work. They cleaned up great afterward and walked me through the operation of the windows and door. Right away I could tell the difference between their products and the well-known name products we previously had installed. The draft that you could feel walking around our house was gone. I can't wait to have them come back and finish the rest of our house. I would definitely recommend them.

From the moment we met with our sales person to the moment the workers left our house the experience was an A+. When we met with Joe Jacobson and he took the time to walk thru our house and look at the windows and then show us what would work best for us- we knew we had called the right place. Joe told us all about the company and gave us all the details about the work being done. Joe promised we would have quality workers at our house and he was right. Jesse and his crew showed up right on time to get started. Jesse introduced himself and we walked thru the house and he re-measured everything, just to double check and I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. His crew was very polite and worked hard. They never left a mess and vacuumed up the dust as they did each window. They did not leave one bit of debris, they took the old windows and screens with them, it was really great. When they were all finished- they did all my windows in 4 hours- Jesse showed me all the new windows. He explained their features and and when he saw a smudge on a window he asked one of the guys to re-clean it. That is attention to detail! I just can't say enough great things about Mad City Windows. I even made Jesse and his crew some homemade chocolate chip cookies to say thanks!

From start to finish, everything was wonderful. They replaced 17 windows in our home and were able to finish evrerything in one day. They arrived on time, made sure to lay down tarps, etc to protect our floors. Nothing was left outside to clean up. You would never know they were here. They also took care not to damage any outside landscaping. We would highly recommend Mad City to everyone!!

We had all windows replaced in our house. The windows are a bit pricey, however the lifetime warranty is such a wonderful perk! They look fabulous and I am so excited that they are double hung! They always were very quick to return my phone calls. Turn around time was fast and they were in and out in one day. Arrived on time and cleaned up before they left! We are very pleased with the results!!

We have an older home in Green Bay and were in need of new Windows and choose to work with Mad City Windows. The project went great. The crew showed up on time and took 2 days to replace 17 windows. They were very efficient and respectful which was important with my 5 month old. They allowed me privacy and worked around the baby so the noise didn't bother him. The end results were beautiful and all the neighbors can't stop looking at them :)

We had our bath tub taken out and a walk in shower installed. We love the shower. The installer was very professional and a pretty nice guy. If he had any questions he would check with us before he did anything, it was nice and refreshing. The whole thing took 2 days and he stayed until past 7 both nights he was there.

Upstairs windows needed to be replaced due to water damage and condensation. These windows were the original from the home and the home was only 10 years old at the time of repair. The windows were replaced and frames were reinforced. We could tell instantly that there were no longer drafts and no more condensation appearing. The work was done in 6 hours with 6 large windows that were replaced. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in a high quality window and will likely use them again for future projects.

While there was a delay due to an initial wrong measurement (that employee was later fired for multiple incidents), the windows were installed well and look fantastic. We can really tell the difference in the heat lost we were experiencing from our old windows. The two guys did a great job and cleaned up well with the minimal mess they made. So far so good.
