We had 28 windows replaced by Mad City. The entire job took 2 days. The installers were great carpenters, hard working (no butt time!), showed up on time and were very professional. The windows are amazing. We changed out our dated 1990s windows to modern windows (with better fit) that give the house a whole new look. I would hire this company again. Mad City has a great product and installers that do the job correctly and efficiently. Wonderful customer service.

Our original bathtub/shower was in poor shape after 25 years. Dave showed us our options and explained the difference between material types. Our old tub was fiberglass and had become stained over the years. We were happy to hear acrylic is non-porous and would not hold stains like our old tub. Installation was on schedule, easy, and fast. We love the results! Everything was done in one day, and we were able to use the shower again after 24 hours. This was important to us, because we don't have a second bathroom in our house. The crew left their work area spotless. We are very happy with their services.

The sales process went well with the options and costs very clear. We purchased half the windows and locked in the lower price for the remaining windows until we choose to replace them also. Installation was just as they claimed - carefree, completely painfree. We have one screen that doesn't work quite right, but MadCity is coming to fix it at no cost. Will definitely be using them to replace the final windows!

Our project was converting a one piece tub surround to a walk in shower. From the original door to door canvas to the sales representative and complete through the install and final inspection, everything was professional yet personable. The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and had samples and pictures of completed projects to help in the decision making process. He did not use pressure tactics to close the sale. The installer was very good. He worked alone for most of the project and really knew what he was doing. He took care and pride in his work and cleaned up everything after the job was done. His attention to detail was very good. Everyone involved showed that they cared about the client as well as the company. Clear expectations were set in advance and there were no surprises.

It went so smoothly. They cleaned up everything. Terry even had them wrap my lower front (Was a very good window not being replaced) so that the aesthetic of the house looked good. Love it!
