Taking on a big project can be intimidating or hard at times, working with Mad City on our siding project was easy, and the final product turned out excellent for us. The initial meeting with a sales rep was informative, and we received the financial numbers we needed to move forward with the product. The workers worked hard to finish the product not only quickly, but with a high level of quality. We left several key instructions in regards to light fixtures and other add ons, and they added them correctly and made our house look like something I can be proud of. As far as after care, I know that if we ever have trouble with an issue, Mad City will make it right because unlike some companies, I genuinely feel like they care about the satisfaction of the people they serve. Thank you for doing a great job and for making the process so easy!

We had a new bathtub installed by Mad City Windows and the entire process of working with them was positive. The whole project was done within one day, and we were able to use our new shower by the next morning. The installation team removed our old tub, replaced all the old plumbing, and installed the new tub in less than 12 hours. Additionally, they cleaned everything up very nicely, including scraps from a different demo project my husband and I had been working on. Overall, they went above and beyond, and we have been very satisfied with the finished product.

From the sales tech to the installers Mad City was friendly, personable and professional. The job was done efficiently and they finished before predicted. They cleaned up so well our stairs were cleaner than before they arrived! We are very pleased with our new shower!

I've used Mad City for my roof and windows before so they worked with my budget for a new bathtub/shower. It is beautiful. They did it in one day. It was supposed to take 1 day to install but it wound up taking 4 days plus 1 day off in the middle for the holiday. The main problem they ran into was the main support beam for our house was right where their new drain was on the floor base which they did not know until they ripped out our old tub. So they had to get a new base ,cut it out and do a lot of extra work by hand. Not including that, they still went above and beyond what they needed and did any special requests we asked for and threw in a freebee without charging more from our original quote. We are very happy with it and it was worth the wait.

They provided great installation staff. Everyone was super friendly and curtious to our family's needs with noise and time. They installed on a holiday which was a huge bonus because we run a home business. Windows look amazing too!
