I am extremely pleased with Mad City windows! The salesman was not pushy, the installers were punctual, clean and professional and I LOVE my new windows! I feel like the price might've been higher than other services (my neighbors had new windows installed for about half what I paid) but, in my opinion, my windows are much higher quality. The only issue I had was a slight snafu upon scheduling but the company pulled installers from Green Bay to make sure the job was completed. I'm only sorry I didn't replace my windows sooner!

We saw an advertisement on television windows for a $50 gift card. Since we were in the market for windows we figured worse case scenario we'd get a $50 gift card. The operator was very courteous and found a convenient time for us to meet with the sales consultant explaining he would need a couple hours to evaluate and show us solutions. When the sales arrived he was on time and very professional. He went through the company and the products explaining the difference between windows and what makes this one better over this one and so on and so forth. He showed us a video that displayed the company's strengths and talked about the lifetime warranty, finishing up with the heat lamp demonstration. Then came the price...OUCH! Once we evaluted the value and the fact that we will never be replacing these windows again and then we werre able to get 60 months to pay for them interest free it became a no brainer. Couple weeks later someone came out to measure everything and he was really nice as well. He even hit it off with our border collie, Milo, who usually does not like men in hats. Four plus weeks later Kevin and his amazing crew were riping out our old door and windows and installing our new door and window. The only hiccup we had was the door was to have brass hardware with a handle and a dead bolt and it had silver hardware and a door knob. Problem was easy solved as Kevin told us to go and pick out what we wanted and he will pay us back out of his own pocket. Problem solved. No arguing no, "well this is what you ordered so youll have to take it up with corporate crap" just took care of it, which is how it should be. Bottom line is we will come back when we are ready to replace other windows we have in the house. Their price may be higher, but their cost is lower. Less hassle, less stress, and quite honestly a lifetime of enjoying a great product. Not to mention the energy savings we will get plus we may even recive a tax break for installing an energy saving products. So we scored BIG TIME!

Installation of 4 bedroom windows From start to finish the project was outstanding. The estimate was done and completed in a timely fashion as well as the installation of the windows. Overall, it went very well. The workers were professional and were good at their jobs. There were some communication issues and the installation of the two largest windows was delayed a week because of a morning shower. A couple of the managers did stop in during the process to make sure that the job was going as planned and that we were happy with their work.
