Mad City Windows Review

We had a sales rep come in to give us a quote on one window that we needed to replace. The rep was no pressure and explained all of our options and window style. He guided us though the process and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. We were so impressed with the product we asked for a quote on the entire house. He looked at all of our windows and only recommended replacing one small bedroom window as all of the others were fine. He gave us the best discount regardless of whether we buy one window or the entire house. He was awsome and very easy to work with. They scheduled the build and install and on the the day of the install showed up ontime and did a great job installing the window. We only bought one. The explained how the window operates, the lifetime warrenty and even called the regional sales guy to make sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely be installing more windows with Mad City when the time is right!
