Mad City Windows Review

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Mad City. We originally found them at an area Home Show, where the promoters for the company were the least "jump-down-your-throat" personalities we had encountered. The gentleman who came to our home to give us a quote was punctual, polite, and helped us find the best payment plan for our budget. (yay zero percent interest!) We had all but 3 windows in our home replaced, as those we left out are going to be completely removed at a later date. The crew arrived punctually, actually arriving outside of our home 15 minutes early, but waiting until scheduled time to come to the door. They were extremely polite and fast working, making sure they had everything perfect before leaving. They even made sure to work faster on the room with our chameleon, who needs to stay above a certain temperature. (It was 50ish degrees the day of our install). The crew also cleaned up before they left, making it seem as though they were never there. We could immediately feel the difference between our new windows and those we had left (original to 1955). I am excited to see how much we save on our energy bill! I highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking for a fantastic quality company with a great product.
