Mad City Windows Review

I highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking for a fantastic quality company with a great product. My new shower is beautiful and adds value to my home, which is of the highest upgrade too. All personnel, from quote person to installers, were the most courteous. They treated my home, like they themselves owned it...careful and exceptionally clean! I am so very happy, word of mouth guided me to Mad City Bath. I previously had a large Green Bay (big tv/paper advertising) company in my home on a Saturday to quote. Unfortunately, the quote was never given to me that day and/or the following Monday, as he promised (small tub area, which needed to be ordered). I then called Mad City, who came promptly AND gave me my quote, while here. Obviously, with Mad City's promptness/attention to all details, I contracted them that same day. I then called the competitor to let the female, who answered the phone, know they just lost a sale. The vague answer was "oh, that was xxx...I will let his supervisor know" (she knew from my phone number on the screen, so knew who my salesman was)!! The lack of accountability and/or apology, leaves a great distaste for this large Green Bay company every time I see them advertise. Spend your $$$, with Mad City and spread the word...you will not be disappointed!! I loved their integrity and workmanship!
