Mad City Windows Review

I have a 28 year old house that needed new windows because the old ones leaked and were very hard to open. The salesman was very open and honest about the product he was showing. You noticed I said showing and not selling. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell me. We talked about the different types of windows that would work for me and I thought at the right price. I had 10 double hung windows to remove and install and the crew had it completed in less than a day. I was shocked on how quickly they were able to get the old window out and the new windows in. They sealed everything up properly and re-wrap all the trim in aluminum that looked better than before. The crew also made sure that the outside of the house was picked up like they had never been there. Very impressive! Also, I had purchased a patio door from them 5 years ago and I had noticed a moister problem. The crew called it in to report the issue and within minutes they were working on the correcting problem at no extra charge because of their fine warranty. That was a nice not having to worry about explain anything they just fixed it without hesitation.
