Mad City Windows Review

Had a walk in shower conversion done July 26th/27th. There was a bump in the road when the wrong style wall surround was loaded on the truck. Caught it before the installer got beyond one section. He felt terrible and immediately got ahold of his boss and they made some calls and had a truck go on a special run to their warehouse in Chicago early AM then on the 27th so he could finish the job as quickly as possible for us. The installer was super in every way as was Corey that I talked to and Colin the sales Rep. we had. It all turned out beautiful in the end. Just an inconvenience in another day without a shower but we survived it fine. Also had an issue with the plumber accidently getting adhesive on our dehumidifier so it pitted the top. They comped us tho for the cost of that and took it off of our bill. Again things happen but it is all in how a company handles those issues that makes them a great company or a poor one. They handled everything very well and super fast. Very glad we had this conversion done esp. getting older a walk in shower is a must no more clunky tub to step over that we could no longer use anyway. Gorgeous upgrade and a wonderful company to deal with. All the guys were awesome to work with. Super and personality plus. Thank you!!!
