I liked the process for the most part. Installation was easy, staff was professional and friendly. My only complaint was the sales pitch. I get that it's effective, but it's annoying how high pressure it is, and it can be difficult if you're not comfortable saying "no." Be sure to get other quotes first or do your research so you have a good point of reference. You'll probably ending paying more with these guys than other vendors, but the service quality is great, and the 30 year transferable warranty is pretty sick too. Overall, I would recommend.
