We had Mad City create a walk-in shower unit to replace a "SafeStep" deep tub that came with our house. From start to finish, we found all their personnel with whom we dealt to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous in working towards the finished, installed product. From sales visit to installation day was just one month--and on installation day tearing out the cumbersome SafeStep tub, prepping the area, and installing the new shower took less than 7 hours. Very impressive teamwork! We highly recommend Mad City as expert shower installers!

Our experience with Mad City was absolutely terrific. Started with the Sales Rep who was very factual about the windows we were interested in. When the installers came, we were so impressed with the respect they gave our home. They were here everyday, on time, and worked hard. They communicated with us when needed and the work that was done was above standard. Elijah Reedy was the lead and performed as a professional should. Very sharp, down to business, and a great smile. He had to return due to one window wasnt properly sized, but when he returned, it felt like family was returning!! We are 110% happy with our decision to go with Mad City Windows!!!
