My home is undergoing a big remodel. Changing up the hub of my home, the kitchen, would affect all of the other family spaces, so I had to get it right!! Mad City played a huge part in making my dream kitchen a reality. I wanted a space where the surfaces could be cleaned easily, and the lifetime warranty gives me a great feeling of security!!! So happy I took a leap of faith and went on this journey w/Mad City!!!

We are over-the-top happy with our shower. The process was great from sales to inspection. The install team was insanely knowledgeable and courteous. Way to go Mad City (especially Nathan Saathoff).

We had Mad City create a walk-in shower unit to replace a "SafeStep" deep tub that came with our house. From start to finish, we found all their personnel with whom we dealt to be very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous in working towards the finished, installed product. From sales visit to installation day was just one month--and on installation day tearing out the cumbersome SafeStep tub, prepping the area, and installing the new shower took less than 7 hours. Very impressive teamwork! We highly recommend Mad City as expert shower installers!

He arrived right on time, described what we should expect during the installation, and sought our input as needed for the safety bars and shelves in the shower. Nathan was very professional, friendly, and cleanup was exceptional. Truly an exceptional experience and installer for Mad City!!

Our experience with Mad City was absolutely terrific. Started with the Sales Rep who was very factual about the windows we were interested in. When the installers came, we were so impressed with the respect they gave our home. They were here everyday, on time, and worked hard. They communicated with us when needed and the work that was done was above standard. Elijah Reedy was the lead and performed as a professional should. Very sharp, down to business, and a great smile. He had to return due to one window wasnt properly sized, but when he returned, it felt like family was returning!! We are 110% happy with our decision to go with Mad City Windows!!!
