We wanted to get our old tub/shower combination removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. The workers came in before 8:30 AM, and by 4:30 PM our shower was complete. Both guys were professional and personable. They put down tarps to keep the carpet clean, and they were very efficient. I can’t say enough good about Joseph Brunson and Brandon Pierce. They consulted with us on various choices during the process, and left us with a clean bathroom.

I was impressed with my new window replacements. Josh, my installer, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and got all 10 windows, removed, repaired what needed, and the new replacements in. The windows themselves, I've only had for 2 days, but I'm already so impressed by the difference it's made with this summer heat. It was 94° out, with the afternoon sun made my storm door so hot, I have to use a towel to hold it open for my dog, yet my big window was cool to touch.

We just purchased 6 new windows that were installed today. Lucas and Mike were tremendously helpful in their explanation and installation. We received a 70% off discount on the install but they certainly deserved much more. I would recommend them for any window repair you might need. The best!!!

We loved our new bathroom shower by Mad City Windows and Bath. At first I thought it would be too small, but it actually feels bigger without the tub there. It looks really elegant and helped to spruce up our bathroom. The price was competitive and we were very happy with the installers. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to complete the installation in two days which is what they promised. Our bathroom isn't really big so they were working in a tight place. They accidentally cracked the toilet which we didn't noticed until after they left. But I called the manager up and told him about the situation and they came out that week and installed a new toilet for us. We were very happy that they did it no questions asked. It esas a very good experience overall and the fact that there is a forever warranty on the work makes us feel very confident that they will fix anything that may happen in the future. Especially since they replaced our toilet so quickly we have faith they will follow through inn the future. It is a reputable trustworthy company you can count on to do a great job and follow through on their promises. We are extremely happy with our new shower and we would be happy to use them again in the future for any future needs.
