The replacement of my sliding glass door and the new window was without a doubt top notch. But I was disappointed to find out that the blinds on those structures had to be put back by me. As a senior citizen it is not safe to have to climb on a ladder to replace those very heavy blinds.

We had a great experience with Mad City during our window consultation. Mr. Walker came out to our home and was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, and honestly talked to us more like a friend than someone just trying to make a sale. He took his time explaining everything in detail, demonstrated how the different windows worked, and showed us their newer window and all of the improvements that make it stand out. He made everything easy to understand and answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how patient and understanding he was. My wife watches kids, and they were having a rough day and needed her attention several times during the consultation. Mr. Walker never seemed bothered or impatient at all. He just rolled with it and gave us the time we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and knows the products extremely well. If you get the chance to work with Mr. Walker, you’re in great hands. Definitely a great representative for Mad City!

I did not get Any work done by these folks, but a testament to their character. My mother-in-law lives in Cherokee condos and her neighbor was getting a remodel and yesterday my mother-in-law went grocery shopping and got a whole cart full of groceries and the wife and I are gone in Nashville and she got a Uber home and there was bags and bags of groceries and she’s elderly and lives on the second floor and she said the guys from Madison window and bath asked her if she needed a hand bringing in her groceries and helped her, big shout out to that crew that’s a good company to me, you have my business with any future remodeling ❤️

Experience was good all the way through. John walked us through the entire process of replacing our old shower stall to what the new install would look like. The price was reasonable. The demo and install of the new shower was great. Daniel showed up when scheduled and definitely was knowledgeable and very professional. We could not have had a better experience. We would definitely recommend the to anyone!!

Nick did such a fantastic job removing our bathroom and placing the one! He completed the work entirely by himself. Also was at our house from 8am until past 6pm ensuring the work was completed so he did not have to return another day and disrupt our made plans. He was super kind and respectful. He took the time to clean up after and explained the after care process. Overall great experience.
