Replacement window panes. - Mad City Windows & Baths

My experience with MAD City Windows since they bought out New Windows for America has been absolutely awful. I'm guessing they left the phrase customer service in Madison, Wisconsin. They have the right name because dealing with them has left me very mad. I've been trying to get a replacement window pane for our living room window since the Fall of 2021 and am still waiting after several phone calls and different service managers. New Windows for America had wonderful customer service that went away when they sold to MAD City. I couldn't recommend MAD City Windows to anybody and do it with a clear conscience.
