Mad City Windows Review

Mad City Windows did a great job. The salesman was really good and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was a little "high pressure" wanting to get the sale done that night, but did explain that I could cancel within 3 days if I so chose to do so. It was after 3 days and after thinking more about it I decided to wait on some of the windows and it was no problem. They sent another rep out with the guy who does the measuring to be sure I was getting what I wanted and they gave me a great price. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. They weren't able to finish the job on the first day because they hadn't brought a long enough ladder, but did show up a few days later and finished the job. The installer even helped me patch some holes in my stucko siding free of charge. I had asked him how to do it and he said once he had a long enough ladder he would patch it and it looks great.
