Mad City Windows Review

The entire process from the estimate to the final installation went well. The Mad City personnel called prior to their arrival and were all on time. The installation work was all completed within about 6 hours. During removal and installation all of the interior floors were covered. All debris and construction waste was totally removed and the work areas were vacuumed upon completion of the project. All Mad City employees were very courteous. About a week after installation, a minor leak was detected. Mad City responded the same day they were notified and immediately corrected the problem. Description of work: The replacement of a bath tub and surrounding wall. The existing cast iron tub and ceramic tile surround was removed. The surrounding walls were stripped to the studs and then lined with a solid backing. The plumbing was upgraded and replaced as needed. A new custom made deep soaker tub was installed. Surround walls were installed with grab bars, shelf unit, and shower rod.
