Mad City Windows Review

Salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The couple times I dealt with customer support, they were very helpful. The window install team was fast and they look very nice complete. Only complaints for the whole process were the cleanup and the price. Install team asked if cleanup was to my liking. At a quick glance, it looked good. Going back later there was lots of little parts on the ground. I can't really blame them because I agreed it was good and after a 14 hour day between driving and installing the windows, I would want to leave as soon as possible too. As for the price, Mad City was the only place I got a quote from. I'm hoping it is a strong case of you get what you pay for because they were far from cheap. Overall I am happy with the entire process of purchasing my new windows. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and nice. The windows look good and seem to be of high quality.
