We ordered 2 patio doors and they were delivered on a timely manner as promised. The doors are exactly what we expect. The installation crews are knowledgeable on what they do and are very polite. One of the patio door has a defective screen and lock. The installation crew informed me that they will forward an order. two days later I got a call from Mad City to sched the screen and lock replacement. We are satisfied with Mad Window and plan to pursue the windows replacement within a year of course with Mad City.
